Kidde Graviner sells Gaseous Emegency Oxygen Business to Ontic UK
On the 26th September 2008, Kidde Graviner entered into a Manufacturing Licence Agreement (MLA) to allow Ontic UK (part of BBA Aviation) to exclusively manufacture and sell our range of oxygen products.
Effective March 1, 2009 Ontic has assumed, via license, all customer service responsibility associated with Kidde Graviner’s Gaseous Emergency Oxygen Equipment (GEOE).

United Technologies Corporation (UTC) acquired Kidde plc in a transaction that closed on April 1, 2005. Within the UTC organization
Kidde will become part of Hamilton Sundstrand.

Otis elevators and Carrier air conditioners.
